Shipping policy

At Blussh Lash Supplies, we understand the importance of getting your supplies in a timely manner. The following shipping policy details our practices and procedures:

1. Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and express shipping options for your convenience. Free standard shipping is provided for orders over a certain amount, as specified on our website.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Delivery Estimates:

While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days, and express shipping typically arrives within 2-3 business days.

5. International Shipping:

We currently ship to select countries outside of the United States. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.

6. Damages:

Lash Extension Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Shipping to P.O. boxes:

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address at the time of checkout.
